SOLVED TITLE, LLC ("Solved Title," "we," or "us") provides this notice for information collected through solvedtitle.com, our inquiry forms, and our customer-service text messaging program. Transaction-specific privacy notices or agreements, when provided, apply to information handled as part of a title or closing engagement.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, inquiry, and communication preferences. We maintain inquiry and communication records and, when you choose SMS, records of your consent and any opt-out. Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and page activity to operate and secure the site.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account details, wiring instructions, or confidential transaction documents into the website inquiry form. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method for transaction documents.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your requests, coordinate title and closing inquiries, arrange appointments, provide updates related to your transaction, maintain communication preferences, operate and secure our services, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. We send customer-service text messages only when you have provided SMS consent. Entering a telephone number or submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you in text messages.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, communications delivery, and operational support, including Cloudflare and HighLevel/LeadConnector. They may process information to provide those services on our behalf. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers supporting our operations, such as customer service and text delivery, may process information solely to perform those services.
